About Frances
Hi! I am a 22 year old college student who is currently pursuing a major in mathematics with a biology concentrate. I have experience with all ages (K-12, college students, and adults). I can also tutor in subjects other than mathematics by request (Level: K-6). I have been on the dean's list of the mathematics department since my freshman year of college (2018) and continue to pursue excellence in my studies and personal life.

I am passionate about helping students reach their academic goals. As mathematics is one of the more difficult subjects to embrace, I believe mastering the basics goes a long way with the process of appreciating and learning the subject. I like to take the time to identify where the student is struggling and help in those areas while assisting with new material provided to the student by the school. With that, the teaching style I use also encourages curiosity and embraces mistakes in order for the student to learn from them. In helping students conquer these areas, they are preparing themselves for excellence in academics and other goals and aspirations.
