About Lana
I always tell my students that I learn from them and so I encourage them to ask questions, to be curious, to engage with me as much as possible! I love it when they approach me asking for help to understand the algorithm of different concepts and it is a reward when I see the dawning expression on their faces when they grasp the concept. Math can be tricky but my goal is to make Math easy and fun for all students for them to comprehend and try mastering the concepts. I use several tools to help understand the basic number sense. I have worked with a variety of students with their unique needs and understanding and have helped with Math from their level and helped them progress forward as easily as possible. Math can be fun and that is what I want all my students to know!
