I have taught Bengali language and literature to students of Class VIII and onwards. I focus on overall learning so that students can improve their grasp of the language.

About Soma
I am a Bengali teacher with several years of teaching experience in schools and at home. I have also raised my daughter with a solid understanding of the language.
I love reading Bengali fiction, poetry, and more. I also teach Bengali recitation.
I want to share Bengali lessons with all of you because I want to share my love of Bengali with you. I think learning a language is the best way to keep yourself young and active.

Students of all grades and classes are welcome.
I begin by focussing on the main difficulties faced by the students and work on them by giving various exercises. I encourage talking in the language and expressing freely to further tease out any challenges in sentence constructions, grammatical inconsistencies, and overall fluency.
This class is for anyone who loves Bengali and wants to learn it. It is also meant for students who find the subject boring or tedious. I am sure my Bengali lessons will help all such students.
