About Saanjhi
I am a MA student and fitness to me is a time where I can unwind and relax. It’s a way to channel my energy rather than making my body look a certain way. I would want to help you, in a comfortable and healthy way, to establish a good relationship with your body and food which can only come from not obsessing over little details. Eating intuitively and training when you have the energy, staying motivated but not constantly pushing your body against its will, is a balance I intend to adapt for your routines as well.
