About Angela
When I was 9 years old, I was very shy and struggled to speak confidently in front of others. Then I discovered debate, and it completely changed my life. Through consistent practice and coaching, I grew from a quiet beginner into a confident speaker competing on the global stage. Today, I’m ranked #95 worldwide in debate through WSC 2025 rankings, and passionate about helping others develop their own voice and skills. I believe anyone can overcome their fears and become a strong, persuasive communicator — and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Teaching method: I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, using interactive drills and real debate examples to build clarity, structure, and confidence. All done through a presentation each class.
Typical lesson plan: Warm-up, skill focus (like case building or refutation), practice exercises, and personalized feedback. One or two lessons per week, 1.5 hour sessions each.
What sets me apart: I’m ranked #95 globally in debate, coach part-time, founded The Global Youth Foundation Debate & Speech Club, and have countless competition awards and experiences.
Who lessons are for: Beginners to intermediate students aged 8–16, including ESL learners and those preparing for school or club debates.
