About Urvashi
My name is Urvashi Saxena, and I specialize in science and maths. I’ve been tutoring for many years, around 8 years, and have worked with students from ages 7 to 16 years. My focus is on making sure every session is tailored to your learning style, so we can build a strong foundation so that the student becomes confident in the subject.
I like to set clear goals for each lesson and track your progress so you can see how far you’ve come. I’ll also share strategies you can use outside our sessions, so the skills stick long term.
By the end of our time together, my aim is for you not just to improve your grades, but to feel confident and independent in the subject.”

I would teach elementary, middle, and high school, especially maths and science. Suppose heating a teacup in a microwave versus on a stove can explain the difference between conduction and convection. Similarly, in maths, explaining perimeter and area, giving the example of fencing the lawn or mowing respectively.
