About Emma
Literature has been the highlight of my studies throughout my life and I adore being able to share that with people. Because I have such a strong love for my subject, I am enthusiastic about finding ways for students to enjoy it as much as I do.
I know how challenging it can be to pursue other areas of interest if you struggle with English and I’m looking forward to helping people overcome that barrier!

I believe learning should be fun and I will do my very best to tailor lessons to the student’s needs while making content relevant and interesting to them. I have a BA in English Literature so have experience analysing texts as well as knowledge of how to write a brilliant essay. I also have experience working with primary age children and helping them engage with books in a way that is meaningful and enjoyable even through the challenges. From this I have learnt that reading becomes easier when it’s fun and I’m excited to share my passion for it!
