About Ellie
As a professional cellist, I split my time between performing in orchestras, my quartet, collaborative projects and teaching. I hold a BMus and and MMus degree in performance (cello) from the Royal Northern College of Music, and grade 8 piano.

I'm very lucky to have been taught by a range of wonderful teachers during my studies, which has informed my own teaching methodology. I am very patient and aware of each pupil's individual needs, and strive to find a good balance between Musicianship and Technique.
