About Jodi
I am a UTAS Graduate Teacher with over 5yrs experience in primary school classrooms of all ages teaching individual students, small groups, and whole class lessons in all key learning areas of the school curriculum. I have an extensive knowledge of student learning outcomes and am creative and innovative with methods the guide students to these. I am also skilled in recognising students individual personalities and therefore adapting my teaching strategies to suit students particular needs.

I believe that all students are capable of learning and I encourage them to develop their personal skills and abilities. I think that learning should be fun, engaging and develop children's natural curiosity. Deep understanding is essential and reciting facts is not evidence of true learning.
