About Tan
The reason why I want to teach is because I want to help the people around me to improve. Being an ex-student myself, I recognized the difficulties and hardships students faced and wished for it to be reduced. Thus, I enjoy teaching others so that they would not loathe studying and this helps them to improve so much more.

I believe that learning does not equate to drilling practice questions every day like a robot but rather, understanding the core foundation of the subject while performing minimal yet exceptional execution on the problem sums. Thus, for me, Im a teacher whom is more focused about building up the foundation and awaiting for the student to question me to showcase their thinking, but not me who questions them. Hence, a typical lesson would be testing the basics before moving on to solve a few problem sums
