About Genukssha

Hiya, I am Genukssha (you can call me Genu)! Teaching has been my passion because it was always such a rewarding experience. As a child, I did suffer from a minor learning ability and unfortunately I did not have the correct resources to guide me. However, my peers helped me identify different types of learning skills which has brought me as far as I am today. I taught kids of year 3 -7 as a volunteer back when I was in high school and identified different teaching and learning tactics to help each student. I even went onto teaching refugee kids in Malaysia with the UNHCR! I am confident that I can help you achieve your academic goals, while enjoying learning during this process. I look forward to making learning fun, with you!

About the lesson

I prefer to take a few classes to understand the student in terms of their strengths and weaknesses and utilize certain teaching techniques that would benefit them rather than taking a general approach- each student is different and may even have unique learning abilities.
I prefer to let the student choose how long they can concentrate for-but I would suggest 1.5 - 2 hour classes.
I have a lot of experience working with and teaching kids between the ranges on year 3 to 12 (ages 5 to 18). I have also taught individuals who are over the age of 20 as well, to prepare them for exams such as PTE, IELTS etc.

Ms. Genukssha is the BEST! Before her class, I was kinda lost in math, but she totally turned it around for me. She's super patient and calm , even when I didn't get things right away. Plus, her notes are amazing - so organized and clear, it's like having a cheat sheet for my brain! The best part? She's always happy to answer my questions, no matter how silly they might seem. Thanks to Ms. Genukssha, my grades are way better, and I actually kinda like math now!

Someone I'd definitely recommend. Math isn't my strongest subject but she helped turn my grade from a D to an A. Super patient and knows what she's doing!

I highly recommend my close university friend, Genu, as a Superprof teacher because of her exceptional teaching style. She is not only calm and patient, but she also has a unique ability to make complex concepts in mathematics easy to understand. Our shared experiences during university have shown me that she is not just a reliable friend but also an invaluable academic ally, plus she is also extremely intelligent. Having personally experienced her support and guidance during our time at university, I can attest to her dedication as a teacher. We've been through numerous challenging experiences together, including navigating our way through university, where she consistently had my back, especially when it came to helping me with mathematics, a subject I struggled with. Her support and assistance made a significant impact on my academic journey, and I am confident that she will bring the same level of commitment and proficiency to her role as a Superprof tutor. If you're looking for a tutor who is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and effective in teaching, she is the ideal choice!
