About Maria Jemaica
Hello! I'm Maria Jemaica, a Graduate Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. Throughout my engineering studies, I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in Mathematics and Physics, and I enjoy sharing that knowledge in a way that is easy to understand.
I am committed to creating a positive, patient, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Every lesson is well-prepared and tailored to the student's needs, ensuring that concepts are fully understood before moving on to more advanced topics.

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, I believe that learning is most effective when lessons are clear, interactive, and tailored to each student's pace. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than simply memorizing formulas. I encourage students to ask questions and guide them through step-by-step problem-solving to help them gain confidence in Mathematics and Physics.
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous topics, followed by an explanation of new concepts using simple language and real-life examples. We then work through practice problems together before the student solves similar exercises independently. I also provide tips and techniques for solving problems efficiently, especially for quizzes and examinations.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my engineering background, which allows me to explain mathematical and scientific concepts through practical, real-world applications. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping students understand difficult topics while building their confidence and critical thinking skills.
