About Elizabeth
My research and teaching interests are broad, multidisciplinary, though interconnected - I enjoy bringing together different approaches, theories, frameworks and hypotheses to explore original, innovative ideas in biological social, and cultural worlds.
Applied to my teaching experience specifically, I am constantly learning alongside my students, to challenge my own assumptions, to innovate and tailor my approach to teaching to suit the unique needs of every individual student.

Every student has their unique skills, talents, intuitions, and obstacles. As a tutor my intuitive goal is to understand the strengths and weaknesses each student wishes to build on, to work through; to overcome what they can in order to achieve their individual goals; to have a strong sense of their knowledge, understanding, communication of ideas; and above all, to be confident in themselves.
