I find it powerful to slow down, be present, and truly tune into our thoughts and emotions. Through mindfulness and self-awareness, we can begin to recognize the connections between our emotions, thoughts, and daily choices. My approach to counseling is holistic and preventive, supporting clients in caring for their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I also enjoy helping clients build resilience by strengthening executive functioning skills such as emotional regulation and cognitive flexibility—so they feel more grounded and capable during life’s challenges. And by using implementation intentions, I work with clients to create healthier habits and routines that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
