About Mireia

Ever since I was little, I’ve loved English, as well as everything to do with the Spanish language and literature. I have a great deal of experience with English, having spent years at English language schools with native speakers, as well as at a bilingual secondary school, and I spent a year on the Erasmus programme in England. I am currently working as a language assistant at a private school in Edinburgh. Being able to share my knowledge with those who may find the language more challenging, and to teach others who are interested not only my language but also other cultural and literary aspects of my country, whilst helping them to achieve their goals and develop their full potential, fills me with pride and satisfaction.

About the lesson

I have experience teaching both children and adults, so I always try to adapt my teaching methods to the needs of each individual student until I find the best way to help them. I am available to help with your studies, with work-related issues, or to help students pass language proficiency exams. My aim is to make lessons dynamic and engaging, which is why I use modern methods to teach the language in question. For example, by using popular songs, students can learn both vocabulary and different aspects of grammar in a way that captures their attention more effectively.
