I have tutored college level math for 2 years. During one semester, I tutored online via zoom due to covid. As such, I learned how to tutor online effectively.
How an ideal lesson will look:
Come to me and describe what is confusing to you. We will do an example problem where you watch me solve it. After this, you try a problem on your own. You might have some trouble, so I will help steer you in the right direction. After this-you can do the problems confidently!
I put heavy focus on conceptual understanding as well-which helps people understand the topic more deeply.
