About Mckenna

Why would I decide to use my free time teaching English? Well as a student in grade 9, I have learned to love the language. Not just because I get tested on it at school, but because I have fallen in love with it. I want to teach English to share my love for it. I want you to be able to enjoy English, and not just see it as something you have to do.

About the lesson

What I can offer:
1. Interactive Zoom lessons.
2. Worksheets/activities that can be sent in and marked for improvement.
3. Fun and modern teaching methods that aren’t boring.
4. Help with homework/studying
5. Assistance from 8am-6pm during the week and 11am-3pm on Weekends.

I am Mckenna's Aunt! She's a hard worker and very well spoken. She helped my daughter with all of her Grade 3 English Homework last year, which in the end helped her obtain much higher marks as well as a new found love for reading. She's a very clever girl, and understands children well. She is a natural at teaching, as it is her passion.

I am a fellow classmate of Mckenna. I highly recommend her to students that need help. She's patient and understanding. She actually helped me study for an exam in Term 2 and I improved my grade from 40% to 76%. She's really an outstanding teacher.
