About Rebecca
Hello! I’m a 20-year-old German and Linguistics student about to go on my year abroad where I will teach English in 3 secondary schools in Austria. I love to teach and I find it interesting to see the different ways in which others' brains work. It is really rewarding to help others access new language skills and educate them on different cultures and I loved studying for the MLAT and A-level and it is a fun challenge to find new ways of explaining concepts so others can understand

I approach tutoring with an open mind. Different students learn best through different techniques - most of my lessons will focus on 3 main components of language learning (speaking, listening and writing) and I will incorporate these skills in learning other parts of language such as grammar and use games and real life scenarios to make learning more fun. We will also look at the cultures surrounding German language - and I’ll set a few questions for pupils to look at outside of our lessons.
