About Luna
Hi there! My name is Luna, and I am a Law Student at Durham University. In school, I completed my GCSEs and achieved all A's and A*'s. I also completed the IB Diploma and achieved 43 points. I attended a private school in Dubai that is the #1 IB school in the country and Top 50 worldwide. I have lots of experience in private and volunteer tutoring across multiple subjects. I offer tutoring in GCSE combined/separate science, maths, Spanish, French, and English. I offer tutoring in IB SL/HL Business Management and Sports Science. I also provide SL Math AI tutoring. I love to teach because I believe that everyone is capable of learning anything they want to.

I have tutored multiple pupils privately for 2 years. I have also volunteered to tutor at my school, and am currently a volunteer tutor with Action Tutoring. All my students have met/surpassed their GCSE grade targets in the subjects I've helped them through. A typical session is 1 hour, but I am happy to go up to 3 hours (with a 10-minute break between each hour). I like to begin our first session by understanding your current level in the subject and current goals (we will work to exceed these). We will then plan out what you want from our sessions :) - I am very flexible and am happy to tailor my teaching to your learning style. - I'm also happy to provide tutoring on an as-needed basis, where I can just review a topic and guide your practice of whatever you're struggling with. - I also provide exam technique tutoring because I often find that most of my students don't misunderstand the content; they simply struggle demonstrating their knowledge to the examiner.
