About James
Hi I'm James, a third-year Chemical Engineer at the University of Cambridge. My specialities are chemistry, physics and mathematics. I achieved Three A*s at A-level, and I believe anyone can achieve these grades with enough effort and the correct approach.

Generally speaking, I tailor my teaching to the student. This includes subject specifications and level of understanding. I aim to stretch every student to the best of their ability and to break those difficult subjects down into simpler concepts.
I aim to base my lessons on the Cambridge supervision teaching style, where a student brings work and I go through it with the students, explaining the parts where the student didn't quite understand. This ensures I don't waste time explaining things a student already understands, giving the student the best possible learning experience.
