About Ronald
Experienced and qualified Computer Science teacher and GCSE/A-level examiner with over 20 years' classroom experience across international schools worldwide and currently teaching in the UK. I cover all major exam boards (AQA, OCR, Edexcel/Pearson, WJEC/Eduqas) at both GCSE and A-level.
As an examiner, I know exactly what mark schemes reward — and the small phrasing differences that move a 5-mark answer from 2 marks to 5. As a teacher of mixed-ability classes for two decades, I know how to adapt my approach to each student rather than expecting students to adapt to me.
I believe every student deserves to succeed, and my job is to find the route that works for them.

Specialist Computer Science teacher and examiner for GCSE and A-level, covering all major exam boards (AQA, OCR, Edexcel/Pearson, WJEC/Eduqas).
I teach Computer Science as a way of thinking, not a list of facts to memorise. Students learn to decompose problems, reason about algorithms, and write code with confidence — not just pass exams, though they do that too.
My lessons combine live coding, worked examples, and structured problem-solving, with precise exam technique built in throughout. Whether you're aiming for a grade 9, a top A-level mark, or simply trying to make sense of recursion at 9pm the night before a deadline, I can help.
