About Grace
Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m an Elementary Education major at the University of Alabama with a minor in Sociology. I am passionate about working with children and helping them succeed both academically and personally. My education has given me a strong understanding of how students learn and how to support them in a patient and effective way.
I am dependable, organized, and take my role as a tutor seriously. I always come prepared, communicate clearly with both students and parents, and create a structured but positive learning environment. My goal is to not only improve grades, but also help students build confidence and feel more comfortable in school.

I truly care about helping each student feel confident and successful in school. I know that a lot of kids don’t struggle because they “can’t do it,” but because they just need someone to explain things in a way that makes sense to them. That’s exactly what I focus on in my lessons.
I take the time to understand how your child learns best and break things down step-by-step so they don’t feel overwhelmed. I create a positive, encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence. My goal isn’t just to help with homework—it’s to help your child actually understand the material and feel proud of their progress.
I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with kids, and I want every student I work with to leave each session feeling more confident than when they started.
