I am simply going to listen to you without judging, analyzing or creating prejudices about you. Psychologists are expensive and many times more than a psychologist we need a friend or a voice that pays attention to us.
You may be estranged from your friends, you may not have them, you may not want to disturb them or you may not have the courage to tell them certain things. I will be there for you.
Have a small problem or a big doesn't matter, a problem is a problem and that is enough to ask for help or want to solve it.
(Making a call to a self-help line (such as the Esperanza phone in Spain) is also a very good solution).
