About Maya

I’m a college student who genuinely enjoys helping others learn. I’ve been tutoring for over 4 years and have worked with students of different ages and learning styles. I’m easygoing and always happy to go over something more than once. I want my students to feel comfortable with me and confident in what they’re learning!

About the lesson

My lessons are laid back, patient, and focused on what works best for each student. I like to take my time explaining things and breaking down difficult topics into smaller, easier steps. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and never feel embarrassed about not understanding something. My goal is to help students build confidence and actually enjoy learning.
