About Roya
I am very passionate about the French language and culture.
I also love conversing while helping others improve their french skills.
I am a native English speaker with high proficiency in French and Farsi. I have experience working with students in kindergarten to high school as well as adults with beginner to expert level french skills.
Getting to know my students, watching them grow and celebrating their accomplishments is such a great feeling I'm grateful to experience.

The only way to remember a language and improve is to practice!
My lessons include casual conversations and discussing relevant french culture with students. I love discussing with others while helping them improve their French speaking and listening skills as well as expanding their vocabulary. My activities vary based on the student's interests and skill levels. For example, I will have a word of the week and get you to use it in a sentence. At the end of the day, my classes are personalized and strive to leave you with a better understanding of the french language and a smile :)

Roya has been a tremendous help to us, torturing our grade 5 son who is in French Immersion. She is very personable and Knowledgeable during both our in-person sessions & when we made the switch to online tutoring sessions.
