About Ali

Teaching is my passion. I love maths and I know what are students' needs. I always loved maths since I was a kid and won Olympiad medals nationally. I have then studied engineering degree and obtained my PhD in Mechanical Engineering and currently act as a lecturer in the school of Mechanical engineering.

About the lesson

Lessons would always be around student needs. It would be adjusted to the student's pace. I would first use my summary notes that I have prepared over the years and I would then go through past papers and exam techniques with the students. I have a very large number of positive feedbacks from past students and their parents.

Ali has been tutoring my daughter in maths since last year, and we couldn't be happier. He's helped her build so much confidence that she actually enjoys maths now. With his patience and guidance, she's decided to study Mechanical Engineering at university. We're really grateful for all his support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic tutor and someone who can give honest advice about university too.

Ali is a great maths teacher, stop looking for other tutors. Ali knows what he talks about, he is super energetic and gives you the knowledge you need for maths. The way he approaches teaching is incredible by giving loads of examples. My son loved maths after only two lessons with Ali and he is now spending time on practicing maths that I though would never happen! I strongly recommend Ali.
