Calisthenics is my favorite form of exercise. Every session is designed to build real strength, endurance, and resilience — not just for the gym, but for life. Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete, Dan’s training style combines kettlebell work, calisthenics, and functional conditioning to help you: Burn fat and build lean muscle Improve mobility, coordination, and core strength Master body control and explosive power Train with purpose, intensity, and expert guidance Each lesson is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and limitations.
