My teaching methods depend entirely upon whom I am teaching. It is the student's own learning style that is important. It is how the student receives and understands information that is the focus of my delivery style. Based on this information, this will be how I structure my lesson. Obviously, the lesson should be an enjoyable experience. Happy people engage and perform better.
Because I have had an employment career outside of teaching, I can use real-life and real-world experiences to enhance the teaching and learning process.
