I am extremely grateful to Siddhartha Bishnu for his tutoring services. His approach to instruction and ability to break down and explain complex mathematical ideas was incredibly helpful as I prepared for exams. Moreover, he is patient and meets the student where they are in order to get them where they want and need to be in terms of proficiency.

Dr. Bishnu was a mentor to me for over a year on a project in which I worked to develop advanced high-performance fluid dynamics simulations from scratch. His presentations and explanations of discretization schemes, domain mesh choices, and PDE implementation were clear and informative. He encouraged me to think about the project at a deeper level, enabling me to confidently interpret results and understand the underlying mechanics. As a result of this mentorship, we have been published as co-first authors in the peer-reviewed GMD journal.
