About Osmond
I am a Food Technologist with Highfield certification (Level 3 HACCP for Food Manufacturing). I have been training food processors on food safety, food manufacturing and quality control for the past four years. I have a First Class degree in Food Science and Technology.

My teaching method is problem-based and interactive. I employ realization theory in most of my classes, helping students to better appreciate the subject matter and have personal references for each problem solved. Instructional materials are both audio and visual; oral drills are followed with demonstration where and when necessary. There is regular evaluation.
