About Pippa
Hi my name is Pippa,
I am a first year medical student at Leeds university, I have enjoyed tutoring and mentoring students throughout school and hope that these sessions will provide my students with what they need in order to achieve the individual and different goals they have.
I achieved 3 As at A-level and 10 grade 9s at GCSE, I also took the UCAT as my medical school entrance exam and scored 3050 (96th percentile).

I hope to take a friendly and flexible approach to tutoring. Beginning by discussing what the student wishes to focus on and then tailoring the sessions to match these priorities. I aim to help the student understand the concepts of the course at a deep level as I have found this to be the best way to ensure they can tackle longer exam questions. There may be many different reasons a student may choose tutoring, whether this is organisation, motivation, to learn specific topics or overall exam technique, I am willing to provide the support needed.
I tutor up to GCSE level for:
- Maths
- English language
- PE
- Biology
- Chemistry
I also offer study support and motivation to help students understand different study techniques and methods and how best to utilise their time. I achieved 10 grade 9s at gcse without burnout due to working efficiently, and would love to help any students work more effectively and efficiently.
