About Karen
I’m Karen Gardner, a faith-based wellness and fitness coach, ReSTART Specialist, and founder of ReSTART Movement. I believe lasting transformation happens when we stop treating the body as the problem and begin caring for the whole woman — body, mind, and spirit.
For years, I’ve helped women move beyond the frustration of starting over and discover a healthier, more sustainable way forward. My approach combines fitness, whole-food nutrition, mindset, rest, faith, supplementation, and accountability in an encouraging environment where women feel seen, heard, challenged, and supported.
I’m passionate about helping women remember who they are, restore what has been neglected, renew their thinking, reclaim their health, and ReSTART with purpose.
I don’t believe you need another quick fix. I believe you need a different way forward — and I’d love to walk alongside you as you discover yours.

ReSTART Movement is an 8-week, faith-based small-group coaching experience for women who are ready to stop starting over and begin differently.
This is not a traditional workout class or a one-size-fits-all fitness program. We meet as a small group of women in a supportive, encouraging environment where you can be seen, heard, challenged, and coached.
Fitness is the doorway, but restoration is the mission. Together, we work on movement, whole-food nutrition, mindset, rest, faith, accountability, and creating healthier habits that can become part of your everyday life.
Each week, I’ll be there to support, encourage, challenge, and coach you as you move forward — not toward perfection, but toward progress.

Group meeting once a week
Coach Karen (Gardner) was my personal trainer beginning October 2019 for about four months before the Coronavirus pandemic struck. It was a fabulous, thorough, highly nutritious meal plan experience while being trained under her tutelage. I lost 22 pounds within the first two months of my initial training time with Coach Karen. I super highly recommend her services for all employment opportunities and/or all potential personal training clientele. Coach Karen's caliber is high-level, Hollywood-customer worthy. It's a blessing still to train with her when I can. She's worth it!

My individual coaching rate is $125 per hour for women who are looking for personalized support, guidance, and accountability.
For those who prefer ongoing individual coaching, 5-hour and 10-hour packages are available at the regular hourly rate.
My primary offering, however, is ReSTART Movement — an 8-week, faith-based small-group coaching experience for women. The investment for ReSTART is $997 and is separate from individual coaching.
ReSTART is designed to help women break the start-stop cycle and create a healthier way forward for their body, mind, and spirit through fitness, whole-food nutrition, mindset, rest, faith, and accountability.
Online coaching is available. Individual coaching and ReSTART enrollment are available by arrangement.
