About Melani

I am an experienced Professor of Nursing as well as a Registered Nurse with a strong passion for helping nursing students and graduates achieve their goal of becoming licensed nurses. Through my experience in nursing education and NCLEX preparation, I have worked with students from a variety of academic backgrounds, helping them strengthen their clinical knowledge, improve critical-thinking skills, and develop the confidence needed to succeed on exam day.

My tutoring style is supportive, organized, and results-focused. I understand that preparing for the NCLEX can feel overwhelming, especially when balancing coursework, work, or family responsibilities. My goal is to make the preparation process manageable by providing clear guidance, structured study plans, targeted content review, and effective test-taking strategies that help students approach questions with confidence and accuracy.
