About Mina J
I've been traveling for 14 months all over the world, I have a wide spectrum to understand various people. Now I'm living in New Zealand since 2019, and I'm teaching Korean in NZ. I provide a worksheet and comment excel file every class, so my students can review what they learned. I know what they struggle with and what they can improve. My lesson style is like when a baby learns the language. I just teach the basic form and help them to memorize. I'm an expert for beginners because I've been teaching non-Korean speakers from scratch. Now they can speak Korean what they want. My philosophy is learning a new language is supposed to be fun and interesting.

Perfect! Mina is an excellent tutor. Super friendly and flexible and is always well-prepared for our lessons. She takes a personalised approach to teaching which helps to improve my grammar and understanding of colloquial Korean. Would highly recommend!

Super nice and tailors the lessons to what you're interested in making it super fun to learn and fast learn. Couldn't recommend Min more as a tutor.
I am more than happy to recommend Mina as your Korean tutor. Mina attentively develops lesson plans to fit every students needs and wants. If you are looking for a tutor who is fun, energetic and you can feel comfortable with while learning Korean, Mina is the right tutor for you.
She is a very nice tutor. The classes were very fun and helpful. I could not even read Korean letter, but I can speak what I want in Korean. I strongly recommend her as a Korean tutor.

Mina is honestly the best Korean tutor I have had the pleasure of learning with. She is friendly, considerate and very good at teaching Korean. Mina makes the lessons relatable and fun by including many conversations and imagery (which helps) to understand what she is teaching. I also love the effort Mina puts into making the presentations for each lesson and that she welcomes the random questions at any time of the day if it will help you learn and understand Korean better.
