About Carmen

I am an architectural engineer by trade but have developed a passion for health and fitness the past ten years. I have catered large events cooking nutritional organic dishes. I teach and provide nutritional information for better eating habits and lifestyle.

About the lesson

My teaching method is a more high-tech student-centered approach to learning. I like to coach and facilitate the material that I'm teaching but make sure the student is heavily involved in participation by utilizing the latest in technology.
