About
I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher, meditation guide, and metaphysical practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting clients through embodied, consciousness-based wellness practices. My work focuses on practical, grounded approaches to meditation and nervous system regulation that help people build confidence, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust.
I teach a proprietary methodology called the SOULMA Method, which integrates guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and somatic exploration to support the body’s innate capacity for balance and self-repair. This approach is designed to be experiential and accessible—helping clients develop new neural pathways, shift stress patterns, and relate to their body in a way that feels safe, empowering, and restorative.
My background includes Kundalini Yoga, metaphysical meditation, Reiki (certified practitioner), pranic healing principles, and ongoing study of neuroscience, the chakra system, the mental field, and the yogic understanding of the 10 bodies. Sessions may include meditation, somatic release, subtle energy awareness, and—when appropriate—optional distance energy work. However, the core focus is always on teaching clients practical tools they can use independently.
I believe meditation is most effective when it is embodied, grounded, and supportive rather than abstract. My role is to create a calm, respectful space where clients can explore their inner experience, strengthen self-worth, and reconnect with their own capacity for healing and clarity. Ultimately, my work is about helping people remember that lasting change comes from within, and that meditation can be both deeply healing and genuinely enjoyable.
