About Tara Duque, LMT
Tara focuses on wellness and prevention of illness and soft tissue dysfunction through the use of non-toxic, natural therapies to achieve optimal health. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Functional Bodywork Specialist, Tara Duque primarily educates and motivates clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and self care activities to maintain healthy tissues, decrease the harmful effects of stress, and optimize performance. Tara integrates microcurrent (“FSM”) therapies to help speed healing and recovery in painful or injured tissues and joints, a safe and non-invasive treatment that can be administered during your massage or movement session.

I had a great experience with Tara - she fixed up my knee issues with just 3 sessions!

She can sense where the client holds stress and she knows how to use the magic in her hands to provide relief and comfort. Tara is warm and welcoming and creates a safe space for healing and wellbeing. I have enjoyed Tara's massages and I highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a professional and knowledgeable massage therapist.
Finally, after 15 years of shying away from yoga, I caved in and selected a one-to-one session. Definitely a challenge for any muscular builds or people prone to injury. Tara made sure my form was correct, supported me when necessary and guided me to ensure safety while positioning myself in movements I thought Impossible. I will definitely continue with the lessons as I am not fond of a large class with an instructor watching over 20-30 people.
I have known Tara for several years now. We met while studying nursing and she has always been on a health Journey. She is 100% dedicated to living a healthy life. She’s amazing and inspiring.
