About Taylor
I deeply care about my clients. My passion is helping people in their health and Pilates. I want my clients to feel better and live each day to the fullest with the practice of Pilates and eating right! I become friends with my clients because it just happens naturally and then they tell me exactly what they want out of their practice and anything else they want from my services! We become family.
It's my passion. Pilates and Health Coaching changes people from the inside out and seeing that as a coach is just everything to me. It is my purpose in this world. I love helping people to become the best they can be.
I started teaching at Youfit Gyms, Shapes Fitness and Private Apartment Complexes.

I loved taking Taylor's Pilates class at my apartment complex! She does exercises and modifications for all levels. I definitely felt sore after her workouts which I love! She brings great energy to the class and is very encouraging!
Taylor is great. She pushes you to accomplish body image goals. Her workouts are great for core!
She’s very encouraging and doesn’t judge at all. She motivates you to work harder and push through those last reps. Love her approach and warm personality.
She makes it fun and she always gives you modifications if you can't perform a move. She's awesome
Taylor is excellent in her craft, and makes Pilates ( Controlology as she specifies) so much fun. I take her class on Wednesday mornings at Shapes and we all love her.
