About Stephen
My name is Stephen Marino. I help busy adults get in shape and build healthy habits without extreme diets or spending hours in the gym. My approach focuses on realistic, sustainable fitness that fits into real life and busy schedules.
As a certified personal trainer through W.I.T.S. and a certified sport and exercise nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, I provide personalized training and nutrition coaching based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, improving energy, or simply becoming healthier, I create a plan that is realistic and sustainable long term.
I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to balance work, stress, life responsibilities, and fitness. That's why I focus on accountability, consistency, and simple habits that help clients create lasting results without feeling overwhelmed.
I offer in-person personal training, online coaching, hybrid coaching, and nutrition coaching for busy adults looking for a practical and supportive approach to fitness.
I am a certified personal trainer through WITS & certified in Sport and Exercise Nutrition through Precision Nutrition.

First thing is to get on a phone call so I can get an idea of what a potential clients goals and health history are to see if we are a good fit for each other. Then I would run an assessment on the person so I know exactly how to structure their training program.
I have worked with senior citizens, student athletes, everyday people that work their 9-5 & want to lose weight.
