About Diana
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, my ability to create personalized fitness programs for my clients sets me apart from other trainers who use the same, tired, non-effective workouts for each of their clients. Each session is motivating and progressive towards reaching your goals.
I love meeting new people and hearing their "why" behind their desire to train with me. Oftentimes it's a deep rooted desire to be healthier for their families and have more energy and vibrancy for life. I love helping my clients achieve their goals, both inside and outside of the gym.
My passion for health and fitness has always been a part of my life. After having children and realizing how much fitness affected my recoveries both physically and mentally, I wanted to provide that same awareness for other women. There is a deep connection with how we feel physically and mentally!

The first session will include a FREE consulation where we discuss goals, perform a simple assessment and set a plan.
I have worked with a wide range of clients. 75 years old who wants to prevent knee surgery, 27 year old training to be a firefighter, bariateic surgery client, client who desires to pack on muscle after eating disorder recovery.

Honestly it was amazing! I was terrified starting my fitness journey that’s always the hardest part. But she made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to get to know me personally and my physical struggles. Which have caused me issues in the past. We started out slow and built up harder. I always felt I got an amazing workout with her. I could feel how much stronger I was getting in my daily life. Felt amazing would recommend to anyone scared to start.
