I always start with a free consultation, that gives me some time to get to know my new student goals, expectations and last but not least his weak points. At the end of this consultation my student will now have a full understanding and idea of what his new workout and diet plans are going to be looking like, and of course how the relationship with his excutive trainer is going to be.
I've had students that were starting for the first time ever!!
I've had older students, that requiered a whole other level of training and diet; but most important communication.
