About Valerie
I am a recent High School graduate with passion for helping people. I graduated with a 3.96 GPA and A's in all classes through High School. I helped students throughout high school with tutoring and I wish to continue helping students through the summer. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
I do not have a degree in teaching but I have been tutoring for the last 3 years. I work based off of my expierience that I had in school and use the tools I learned to help others.

When I start with a new student I always like to go over what they are strongest with. It helps me to learn how they process information and how they retain it. Then I like to look over what they struggle with and build off of their strengths. Being a recent grad i understand the pressure of being in school and that taking many classes at once canbe overwhelming so I give 110% to my students.

I do lessons by the hour and half hour. For your first lesson I charge $20 for an hour. The first lesson is where I review what your best at and I begin to go over what your struggling with. I charge $10 for a half hour and $20 for a full hour. I understand that needing a tutor can get expensive and not eveyone can afford the cost. I try to be as cost effective as possible.
