About Heather
I started teaching right as the pandemic started!
I was supposed to start a job in a gym and the world shut down that day.
I jumped on the zoom train and did many months of zoom and virtual classes. HIIT, personal and small group classes.
I currently work in a small group strength training gym as well as my home gym.
Bachelor Degree in Sociology
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)
*Almost* Certified Nutrtion Coach (NASM)
CPR/AED certified
Many Athletic Training, Anatomy, Physiology and Exercise Science College Courses

To get started- we will go over a health history and goals!
I've worked with clients ranging from 15 years old to 80 years old. I love all age groups! From an athelte to a beginner!
Advice I would give to a student looking to hire in this area- Make sure the trainer is certified and stays up to date with all new information.
I'm fond of many recent events with my clients but it's always when they notice a change. When a pair of pants becomes lose or they really feel the energy from their new habits or they are using heavier weights than they ever have! Small victories are big victories!
