About Gabe
My own fitness journey is ongoing, and along the way I've always shared what I've learned with my friends and family. By the time I got certified, it was merely a formality; I'd been training for years.
I am a nationally accredited personal trainer/strength coach, carrying an NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) certification valid through September 2021.

Everyone's introductory session includes a full-body analysis, after which I construct a bespoke workout regimen for them tailored to their particular strengths and needs.
All ages, all fitness levels. Semipro athletes, high schoolers, ex-Marines, diabetic octogenarians, everywhere in between.
Here's the dirty little secret about the fitness industry. All those trendy workouts? Hot yoga? Barre? Crossfit? It all works. It. All. Works. No one has a secret weapon, no one has cracked the code, it all works. IF YOU STICK TO IT. Which means that the reason most people DON'T stick to it is a lack of proper motivation. Also, it tends to get overcomplicated and people don't want to deal with it. It's not easy, but it doesn't have to be complicated. That's why you pay for a personal trainer. It's my job to make it as simple as possible for you and to keep it fun and interesting.
A client I worked with last year who had a myriad of health problems, not the least of which was full-blown COVID, has finally made a full recovery and has been cleared by her doctors for strength training. She's an absolute warrior and I'm so SO excited to have her back. We had our first session this past week and the sky's the limit!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Definitely have your medical history ready to go. Any heart-related issues, food allergies, respiratory issues, old injuries, back problems. Safety is the most important thing when starting a new fitness regimen, and any trainer worth their salt should familiarize themselves with all of this before putting you through any sort of exercise.
