About Austin
I'm hands on training. What I mean by that is I'm not just telling you to do an exercise while standing there, No I'm going to be with you the whole time working with you getting better and better.
I enjoy helping everyday people reach their goals. Motivating them every step of the way is a passion of mine.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through ACT I specialize in training to learn to box. I've been boxing since I was 15 years old and have a passion for training others in the sport I love.

My first day with a student I will teach you the basics of boxing from throwing your first Jab to what stance you would be most comfortable in. I'll also put you thru a test circut with this I'll be able to analyze what are your strengths and weaknesses.
I've worked with students from all backgrounds. From being an ameture boxer to not knowing how to throw a jab. I teach military and I teach the everyday 9 to 5 I work with your schedule.
