About Ryan
At RTG Performance Academy we take a science based training approach to make sure we are actually TAKING CARE of the athlete’s body as we work towards their performance goals. Reducing the risk of injury is always number one priority and as far as getting the performance results that you are looking for it’s just using the science!
We love watching these athletes grow and continue to improve as they work through the progression with hard work and discipline!
We saw a lack of real quality training and with our main goal simply being to help as many people as we can we knew with our knowledge and passion we could help a ton of people!!
We hold the highest standard for each of our trainers that we have and that we bring in. The two that we have now both graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in the exercise and body movement field. On top of that we both have top of the line training certification and we also continue educating ourselves each and every day!

We will take them through a free session first to see how they enjoy it and show how it really can benefit them. Within this session and every session after we are constantly assessing to see any areas of weakness that we need to improve on. Then we will gear what they do to what they need!
We work with any and all youth athletes! Ages 7+, all sports!

My son Jace has been working with RTG for two months and the results we are seeing are phenomenal! After just two months I can seriously see him jumping higher, running faster, and getting much stronger! He also has gained so much more balance and control on the basketball court! I highly recommend the sports performance organization if you want to see your child excel to the next level!

The trainers at RTG are great with kids! They keep them both engaged and motivated. My son looks forward to attending their sessions. We have our athlete class package which is broken down to:
Session by Session - $25/session
2x/week - $184 (8 sessions over 5 weeks)
Unlimited - $252 (unlimited classes for 1 month)
*Each session is 1 hour
