About Rick
At Old-School Fitness, we've created an exercise studio dedicated to giving our clients a great personal training experience. Our collection of services is designed to give each client the opportunity to reach their fitness goals in the shortest time possible. We combine personal one-on-one training with nutrition coaching to help you get the results that you deserve!
