About Dave
I have 25 years experience as a CEO of several small to mid-sized companies, primarily in software. I have served on 9 boards of directors, with my emphasis always on coaching the CEO and other senior leaders. I have dealt with problems from the "two guys in a garage" stage through businesses operating in more than 50 countries. I love working with people to brainstorm ideas, develop options, and solve problems.
I love working with people. Of everything I have ever done in my career, teaching has always been my passion. Teaching, at the executive level, is really about asking different questions, and making people think about challenges from a different perspective.
