370 Studios was founded to help those who are in need of artistic advise and help.

370 Studios help with college prep portfolio, K-12 Fine art and digital art as well as adult class to help improve art skills.

370 Studios also shot and edit videos for SNS advertisement and store promotional videos to help increase the sales revenue.

During college, one of the local art studio saw my oil painting through my close friend, and wanted to hire me as a teach right away.

From there on, I was able to teach highschool students for portfolio, and parents loved me, so I got a chance to teach K-12 about Digital Arts as well as cartoon drawing. Soon after open spot called me for an adult class which was very fun to do.



I have graduated from School of Visual Arts majoring in Computer Arts.

I have used variety of computer software such as Zbrush, Maya, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premire Pro.

Also working as a motion graphic artist opened a path to animate and shoot videos and photo to used on advertisement.

First class will be knowing each other as well as what you want to learn as well as your current skill set to see a place where I can improve and give better guideline.

I prefer to be a good friend/mentor rather than boring non-talkative instructor.



I have worked with 2nd grade to 12th grade and some adult class as well.

I also taught international students back in Nyack Publick School for Summer Camp about 3D Animation and help them to build stronger portfolio for college.

I mainly spoke English for class, but I can also speak fluently in Korean as well.



Try to find a person who can mentor you, not someone who wants to teach you one or two sessions and move on especially if you really want to pursue artistic career and want to prepare for an art college.

There are many academies where you can pay huge chunk of money to let you draw and paint however you want without any proper guidelines and help.

I got into teaching field to help students out and mentor them through a good relationship.



I actually had a chance to be a musical director from my local church where I created a team, made invitation and Ads.

It was a year long project and we delivered the final perform at the local highschool ampitheater due to the many audiences.

I was able to meet many proffesionals in fields to discuss about the perform, and had a chance to interview and on the local and US Korean News for the exposure.

Details

I prefer to teach minimum of 2 hours per session as 1 hour is simply not enough to discuss and work on the project.

My price starts at $40/hr and if it requires equipments such as computers and cameras, it goes up a little.

Places such as too far from me, I can make it, but we have to discuss the pricing due to the distance and traffic.

I'm fairly flexible, so don't be afraid to ask! :)
