About Marc
Hello. My name is Marc Millard. I have been a high school science teacher for nearly 20 years. In that time I have mainly taught Biology and Chemistry. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Statistics. I also have a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instructional Design. I have taught all levels of high school Biology and Chemistry including honors and AP classes. I have taught in North Carolina, Michigan, and now in Utah. I have a very friendly approach to teaching. I want my students to learn, and succeed. I work to help students become better critical thinkers and problem solvers. I like to use visuals, analogies, and a variety of media sources to help my students learn the content they need to be successful. I am eager to meet new students who can benefit from my expertise and knowledge.
